Prospective Students

Dr. Qin welcomes inquiries from motivated PhD, MS, and undergraduate students interested in AI for global health, agentic AI for medicine, foundation models for biomedicine, mathematical biology, aging, or Alzheimer's disease research. Prospective applicants should apply through the School of Data Science or the Department of Computer Science at ODU and may email a brief introduction with a CV and statement of research interests.

Collaborations

Industrial, governmental, and academic collaborators interested in joint research on explainable AI, biomedical foundation models, pandemic prediction, wastewater genomic surveillance, or workforce development are invited to reach out by email.
